What’s in the bag?
The protein in Nature’s Variety Raw Instinct is derived from meat – primarily high quality chicken meal and menhaden fish meal. Highly digestible tapioca binds the other high quality ingredients together into a kibble. Tapioca is used because its grain free and gluten free. Potatoes have traditionally been used in "hypoallergenic" foods. Reports of grain allergic dogs, that are also now developing allergies to potatoes, have been on the rise, as well as reports of natural toxins that manifest themselves during high temperature processing. There are no known allergies to tapioca, and many veterinary teaching hospitals incorporate tapioca in homemade recipes for food allergies. The protein in Nature's Variety Raw Instinct is primarily derived from meat. Fruit and vegetables are also added as natural sources of important vitamins. These high quality, wholesome ingredients are blended together with care to meet your pet’s new instinct for a grain-free, nutrient-dense diet.

Grains, glutens, or other grain fractions, potato or other inexpensive fillers or chemical preservatives are NEVER used in Raw Instinct.

Feeding Guide and Instructions
Sudden changes in diet can sometimes result in digestive disturbances. Do not overfeed regardless of the pet’s acceptance and eagerness. Overfeeding is the most common cause of digestive upset. Always introduce any new diet over a period of days mixing with the present diet. Keep fresh water available at all times and offer plenty of exercise.
